ANNOUNCEMENT OF AVAILABLE POSITION

 

                                   

POSITION:                             COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTOR                            

 

POSITION AVAILABLE:      Immediately

 

QUALIFICATIONS:               Must be certified with a valid and current Texas Cosmetology Instructor Licenses, be highly skilled in areas pertaining to cosmetology, and have a minimum of three years experience in a professional salon. Must also possess an outgoing and positive outlook and have good communication and organizational skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:                        Teach the classroom and laboratory aspects of the cosmetology program as prescribed by the State Cosmetology Board and Clarendon College.  The instructor is responsible for the success of the teaching/learning process within the classroom.  The instructor is supervised by the Dean of Instruction and has opportunity to influence institutional policy and practice through regular committee assignments.

 

SALARY:                               Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

 

CLARENDON COLLEGE:   Clarendon College, chartered in 1898, is a comprehensive, two-year community college located in Clarendon, TX approximately 60 miles southeast of Amarillo on US Highway 287.
